Juicebox Live Promotions Ltd (“Juicebox Live”, “we”, “us”) promotes and produces live Events across multiple venuesin the UK. We operate www.juiceboxindie.com (the “Platform”).

Depending on the Event and how you purchase tickets, your information may also be processed by:

  • the venue(s) hosting the Event

  • the ticket agent you buy from (e.g. Ticketmaster)

  • other Event Partners involved in delivering the Event (e.g. security, production)

These organisations may act as independent data controllers for their own processing under their own privacy notices.

How this notice applies will depend on how you interact with us. For example, if you:

  • buy a ticket for an Event we promote (often via a ticket agent), we use relevant information to help deliver the Event and support customer service

3. Age restrictions

Age policies vary by Event and venue. Please check the Event listing and venue terms. Where under-18 attendance is permitted only with a parent/guardian, purchases must be made by that parent/guardian.
